In summer: hiking trails and summits right on your doorstep and crystal-clear lakes for swimming and relaxing. For the sporty, there is even a water-ski lift in Blaichach.

Within walking distance: the natural outdoor pool “Familien-Vitalpark” – over 20,000 m² with a chlorine-free 50-metre pool, diving tower, children’s area, beach volleyball and café.

In winter: groomed cross-country trails, the ski lifts on the Grünten and snowy winter walking paths – quickly reached on foot, by car or by bus.

For explorers: at the “Erzgruben” adventure world on the Grünten you can travel back to the days when iron ore was still mined in Burgberg.

For foodies: hearty snacks at the mountain huts, cosy inns and numerous private breweries around Burgberg. Hiking, climbing, cycling, swimming, skiing – or simply unwinding: everyone finds their own little piece of happiness here.

For a barbecue evening: get fresh rolls from Bäckerei Albinger and meat and sausages from Metzgerei Müller – and then head out onto our terrace!

For rainy days and wellness: Wonnemar Sonthofen, CamboMare Kempten, Alpentherme Ehrenberg in Reutte and the Königliche Kristall-Therme Schwangau with its natural brine pool.

Up, up and away: just 2 km away, at Agathazell airfield, you can see the Allgäu from above on a sightseeing flight – and for the brave, on a tandem paraglider. We look forward to showing you the most beautiful spots!
